Very accommodating and friendly , Dr.Parikh had excellent bedside manners and actively listened , validated and addressed each of my Concerns . Normally I feel rushed or like a bother but that was not the case here ! I went in for an annual checkup. I had a pleasant experience scheduling my appt online as well as over the phone. The location is very convenient and easy to find. Dr. Parikh was personable, patient, and thorough. He eased my mind of any concern I had prior to my appointment and referred me to Labs for blood work and an OBGYN. Dr. Parikh’s office had such a short wait time, and I was able to make it there and back to work during my lunch break.

I had a GREAT experience at Family One. The title is in the service. I was treated like family by very personable and professional staff. Dr. Parikh took his time and I was seen quickly. The environment of the staff made the experience all the more comfortable as I am from out of town and needed quick care. I would definiely recommend Family One to anyone who wants great quality care by staff who take their time and at the same time do not keep you waiting!

Doctor Shalin Parikh is the best doctor in DFW. He is very patient and gives complete attention and time to understand his patients. He makes personal followup calls to check on the condition of his patients. He has made a personal connection with me and my family and we are very fortunate to have him as our family Doctor. Though his office looks small from outside, it is a very good facility and the staff is very helpful and kind. All the times I visited him, the waiting times were very reasonable and his office does a very good job in scheduling and accommodating unscheduled urgent visits. I would without hesitation recommend Dr. Shalin Parikh.

Best Doc in Dallas, he’s very personable and spends quality time with his patients. Very polite and takes the time to explain things to you in a manner you will understand. In the short period I have been seeing him he has been able to tell me things no other doctor took the time to diagnose. His office staff is also very nice and their hours of operation are for the regular Joe.

The customer service from the receptionist, nursing, & physician was great! The level of verbal & non verbal communication from start to finish was awesome! Dr. shalin Parikh and the staff are Absolutely phenomenal. The doctor especially takes care of examining in different aspects and offer right treatment and solution. He spends ample time in understanding the patient. I love this place like I am very happy with this facility as well. This is hands down one of the kindest and most genuine doctors office I have ever been to! As a new Irving resident this will be my family and I’s go-to doctor office. I went in for extreme anxiety disorder and was struggling to get out of the house the day of my appointment. However the nurses and Dr. Parikh were so wonderful I left feeling hopeful, calm and understood. Which in my experience is unbelievably uncommon.
